The model utilizes adjustable anti-roll bars, one-way adjustable dampers and Torsen-type limited slip differential. To tailor the setup to your needs, the vehicle comes with 6-position variable traction control connected right to the ECU that offers slip between 1% and 12%.

The 2018 Lotus 3-Eleven comes with a bonded and extruded aluminum chassis that serves as a foundation for a light carbon-composite body. Side panels of the car are partially exposed for a more attractive look. The body of the new model was revised contributing to the lower dry weight which is only 2,028 lb. Aerodynamic characteristics were improved as well. The car now comes with a straight-cut wing spoiler located 50 mm higher than the one of the previous version, long lip spoiler, front splitter, rear diffuser, and flat floor, delivering about 584 lb of downforce at top speed. To cope with mind-boggling performance delivered by the engine and stop safely, the new Lotus 3-Eleven employs 332-mm 2-piece J-Hook brake discs and 4-piston calipers, both at the front and rear. They decrease vibration and distortion and provide improved bite. The vehicle rides on forged aluminum wheels designed by Lotus that are wrapped in Michelin tires.
