Thanks to a revised powertrain, the car also promises the faster 0-60 mph time. For instance, the Performance version goes from zero to 60 mph in just 2.4 seconds, while the Long Range Plus one does the sprint in 3.7 seconds. Things get even more interesting with the Model S Plaid added to the lineup this year. It is a tri-motor AWD model that offers an impressive 1,100 horsepower and can reach 60 mph from a standstill in less than two seconds and tops out at 200 mph. It’s undeniably a great choice for speedsters. As far as driving range is concerned, the car can travel up to 520 miles on a single charge.

For 2019, the automaker released the Model S Standard Range with 285 miles on a charge but discontinued it just a few weeks later. While this year’s car comes with the same battery as the outgoing one, it can now be charged with 200-kW V3 Superchargers. To match different drivers’ needs and requirements, the automaker now offers the Model S with an adaptive air suspension that can adjust to current road conditions.
