The version upgraded with this appearance package drives on specially designed black wheels measuring either 20 or 21 inches in diameter. Other than that, the Lucid Air also got a new high-performance version, namely the Sapphire, which comes with that Stealth Look by default.

Like before, the base model is equipped with a single electric motor that is mounted on the rear axle and makes 480 horsepower. If you need all-wheel-drive power, you can opt for one of the higher trims which come with dual electric motors. For instance, stepping out to the Touring version will bring 620 horses. If that’s not enough for you, you can go with the Grand Touring which offers 819 horsepower or the Grand Touring Performance that is rated at 1,111 horsepower.

The Sapphire has significantly more power than that from its three electric motors (one of them is mounted on the front axle, while the two others power the rear wheels) – 1,200 horsepower, and goes from zero to 60 mph in less than two seconds. The top speed is said to be over 200 mph. This model got larger forged wheels than those of the lesser versions and a number of new suspension components such as springs, knuckles, and anti-roll bars. Besides, dampers were tuned differently.

The Sapphire has a wider track thanks to new suspension knuckles: it was increased by 12 mm up front and 24 mm at the rear. When it comes to the driving range, it varies between 406 and 516 miles depending on the trim level. Whatever the model, it has a spacious cabin well-crafted from premium quality materials and full of up-to-date technologies. The new Sapphire model stands out with new sport seats, a digital gauge cluster that has a blue hue, etc. Those owners who want to keep their interior in tip-top condition can protect their original seat upholstery and floor carpet from wear and tear by installing custom seat covers and floor mats.
