Garvin Industries is a family owned company, which was founded in 1975. Since its inception, Garvin Industries has evolved from a small auto garage, started in 1942 by Bob Garvin, Sr., into a leading family-type manufacturing corporation. These days, Garvin Industries is managed by Bob Garvin, Jr. and his two sons. The company builds roof racks and accessories, tire carriers, bumpers, rock rails for Jeep Wranglers and many other popular SUVs.
During the past several decades, the Garvin family has been designing and manufacturing products for such renowned OEM companies as Superwinch, Warn Industries, and A.M. General Corp. The OEM factory roof racks for several civilian models of Hummer were designed and built by Garvin Industries for the A.M. General Corporation. Today the company has its own product range, which is distributed under the Garvin Wilderness brand.
